Proust pour tous: Henri Girard devient écrivain; becoming an author

Hier soir, soirée de signature du roman d'Henri Girard, L'Arlésienne de Tidbindilla (oui Monsieur!), et je me demande si l'auteur a mis autant de temps que l'auteur de la Recherche, avant de devenir écrivain.

Comme disait l'autre en résumant la recherche: "Marcel devient écrivain", puis, se reprenant, "Marcel devient ENFIN écrivain."

Yesterday I was at a book signing party (Henri Girard for L'Arlésienne de Tidbindilla), and I wondered if it took the author long to become a writer, as long as the narrator in the Search ?

As a witty guy summarized the Proust' book: "Marcel becomes a writer", and, two seconds later: "Marcel becomes a writer, AT LAST"
